What started out as a rumor this morning was quickly confirmed when the Captain came over the 1-MC before noon and told us we are pulling in on Friday... that means THIS Friday! I think it's safe to say that the morale is high and you can hear that energy in the conversations throughout Indy. The most common first sentence is, "the first thing that I'm going to do when we pull in is..."
I don't know how much mail came on board today, but they did have a mail call... they had to be sure the bills got here in time. The Weapons' Bulletin Board and the Engineering Bulletin Board were updated today, so ya might wanta check 'em out. So, "one day and a wake up," as the saying goes around here. We are all looking forward to it... Until then...

In the hangar bay right now jets are being moved around and elevator'd up to the flight deck, maintenance and deep cleaning is going on, and the birds are getting ready for that flight home.
